What is the training?
Update training specially designed and delivered by our experts from Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. The training includes talks by our experts supported by workbooks and then an opportunity to practice the skills.
What care skills are covered?
- Resuscitation
- Breathing care skills: Oxygen, Oxygen saturation monitoring, Suction, Nebulisers
Who is the training for?
The update days are for school staff, parents and carers. We want to give parents the opportunity to take part and find out how school staff and carers are trained. Professionals can also attend as the first part of our Train the Trainer program. You will experience the most up to date training and everyone is trained in the same way, to the same standards.
How much does it cost?
The training is free. We will provide free tea, coffee, snacks and a sandwich lunch
